Delivery Information and Timescales


Customers are advised that the information contained herein is for information only and should only be used as a guide. All customers will be notified by email when their item(s) have been dispatched. Most are dispatched on a next day service if ordered before 2pm however please do check the product description on your chosen item/s as this will give an accurate indication as to when your order should arrive, as delivery times can vary.

If your order is urgent then please contact us by Telephone, Live Chat or Email and we will try to accommodate where possible. Please note that we are unable to rush through special orders such as solid gold and platinum as these are made to order.


We normally use Royal Mail 1st class signed for or Royal Mail special delivery for all of our deliveries; however, we reserve the right to select the most appropriate option to suit the products that you have purchased. Most of our items once dispatched will arrive on a next day delivery service. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you will received an email notification with your tracking information.

Angels Meadow will not be responsible for delays caused by their couriers (such as bad weather or Christmas delivery) or any other matters outside of our control. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience by email. 

Scottish Highlands, UK Outer Islands and BFPO

We are very happy to deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses at our normal standard UK rate. Unfortunately delivery to these locations may take a little longer and it is out of our control.

International Delivery

We can ship our cremation urn jewellery internationally and there is no need to contact us prior to ordering. We have a flat rate of £8 which will be applied at checkout. International deliveries can take around 5 - 10 days after dispatch depending on your location and your customs clearance systems. We do not pay for any customs charges in advance and this should be considered when purchasing. 

Alternative Delivery Address

We are happy to deliver to any address of your choosing. This could be, for example, a relative or your Funeral Director. Our system will automatically default to your chosen payment card address; however an alternative address can be chosen on the next step of checkout.
