All of our items will be shipped by special delivery to the UK mainland. They are also all fully insured with this service. All prices for shipping are inclusive of the retail price and no further payment is required unless you request anything more specific.
When your order has been dispatched it will be allocated a tracking number by Royal Mail. You can access the tracking website either from Google or from your account on our site. If you are concerned about your order do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to solve any queries you have.

Angels Meadow uses paypal to accept credit cards on purchases. You can be assured that this is 100% secure and this is demonstrated by the gold or silver padlock (depending on your web browser) shown on the bottom right of the screen.
When the order is placed on our website, you are connected to a paypal secure server. We assure you that our site does not store any of your credit card details in either clear text or encrypted format. More information can be obtained from paypal's website.
- Returns & Replacements

If your item is faulty or damaged it will be replaced or refunded no questions asked. We will be responsible for the shipping unlike most companies in this circumstance. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
